This comprehensive service requires checks of your main gas line and each owner supplied gas appliances for carbon monoxide leaks and other faults.
Full Home Package
$400 bi-annual plus gst
This comprehensive service includes a full package for Gas, Electrical & Smoke Alarms.
Rental Minimum Standards check
$90 plus gst
15-point inspection with a clear digital report, identified rectification items and practical recommendations.
